implement the secrets D-Bus service

This way, one can rely on BitWarden for all sorts of secrets on the desktop, instead of common local alternatives like gnome-keyring.
This works to the point where I can fetch and search secrets by their name. Closing this, as it minimally works.
Extra features, like more attributes and methods, an be tracked in separate issues.
