The Argus Web can manage all user accounts signed up, users profiles, favourites technicians, Youtube videos and custom settings.
The user can access the Video tab, type a tag that describes your problem in the search bar and find one or more videos than may or may not resolve your problem. If they not resolve, the user can navigate to the Technicians tab, again type in search bar a tag related with the defective device and find qualified technicians for resolve your problem.
