Support for Xperia Ace and Xperia 8

Looks like these two devices no longer have a standalone partition folder nor a partition_delivery.xml, instead the partition-*.sin is placed in the root folder with all other files. I tried creating a partition_delivery.xml following the format of other devices to flash it in but that failed with a connection timeout.
Any log? The rest of firmware is flasheable?

Same, feel like nothing changed on my phone.
I see no changes in sin format, but I see you have using wrong firmware! Your device is SO-02L but you have using firmware from device J3173 ! Thats why your device bootloader reject cms signature, wrong signature because of wrong model firmware! About partition, do not create xml file, just create partition folder and move partition sin file to that folder.

But they are the SAME DEVICE. They are both Xperia Ace (Houou) just for different carriers. I think it is supposed to work, just like what people did for old devices that they bought Japanese devices and flashed them with international firmwares.
It might be the same device but definitelly use two diferent firmwares, in our case seems there is no more possibilities for using Japanese firmware on World phone or vice versa, it was a case on old models but for now it use two diferent sign keys. You can try with SO-02L and let me confirm this please!

Your device is : Rooting status: NOT_ROOTABLE , it might mean that your device is fully carier locked and fully signed with carier key, it might reject international firmware from SO-02L too! If SO-02L firmware not working try with carier firmware. Let me know please.

Sorry I just noticed that there might be some trick from docomo preventing my phone from being flashed - getvar:max-download-size will only get responded for the initial few moments when the phone enters the flash mode, that is tosay, if I plug it in first and then open newflasher (would take me 10 seconds or something), it will always be stucked on

no matter what firmware I am using.
Thus, I'm sorry that I cannot do further tests with Xperia Ace, but I do believe it would be possible if you can change the script to "wait for the device to be plugged in and directly start flashing", this problem can be solved.
FYI, I tried writing a fsc for FlashTool by myself and successfully flashed the system sin for SO-02L into my phone, and as you would expect that did not work with the sin of J3173, so you might be right, but I'm not 100% sure.

I was trying to flash H8216_Customized UK_52.1.A.3.49-R8C global rom on japanese xz2 SO-03K_NTT DoCoMo JP_52.0.B.9.330-R13B...... I have heard that newflasher can flash firmwares without unlocking bootloader.. but this isnt flashing ..please help.... newflasher says....

Every firmware is signed by Sony private key and contain digital signature signed by Sony, when you want to flash firmware e.g. Hxxxxx on Gxxxx device model bootloader will reject flashing proces with message excatly the one you getting. Your firmware must be excatly the same as your device model SO-03K!! Your dvice is not H8216 ! I told you that on (#28 (comment) but seems you didn't figured that out.

Please can you tell me how to unlock this so-03k phone bootloader? Without s1 unlock tool... it's very expensive to me ...

Unlock bootloader = NO mean that your phone is locked to an mobile carier network? If yes you will probably need to unlock it first by buying an unlock code online, search google. After that probably your bootloader will be unlock allowed = YES. If not go to Sony centre and ask for bootloader unlock. Hope this help.

Ok, than I can't help other than to sugest you, go to sony center and ask for bootloader unlock, they have all the tools to do that! Newflasher can't do that.
