Show verified names on profile

Currently a few features - e.g. certificates - use verified user names instead of plain first and last name. This is right since people may use fantasy names, which are not apropriate in legal or formal contexts.

However, although people can edit plain names and can not edit verified names, they should be able to know how they are actually registered in the platform, because of three reasons:

  1. There may be spelling mistakes in the verified names
  2. The verified name may reflect a previous legal identity of the student, which has changed because of many cicunstances - sex transition, first or last name change, and so on. See: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/justicia/derechofacil/leysimple/nombre-de-las-personas#titulo-5
  3. The verified name may reflect a current legal name of the student, but it may not be appropriate to display or use. See for example Article 12 of https://www.buenosaires.gob.ar/sites/gcaba/files/ley_26.743_de_identidad_de_genero.pdf.

In all these scenarios, allowing student to change its name wihout affecting the verified name, and the displaying without warning the latter is a bad practice and a UX problem, at least.

Thus, my proposal is to:

  1. If present, display the verified name in the profile, in addition to the plain, editable name
  2. Not allow the name to be changed, but add a note explaining that it has been loaded by the organization
  3. Add a contact email link to the organization owner in the note, so that student may ask to also change its verified name
