Unable to Connect VSCode to WakaAPI Service: Missing API URL Configuration Option

Trying to connect VSCode with WakaAPI website service which is for free but there is no option for an API URL I have tried adding just the api key and it doesn't seem to be working it says to edit in the .cfg file but I cannot locate it in VSCode
The .cfg file is in your home folder, see WakaTime's FAQ on this. On Linux / Mac, this is ~/.wakatime.cfg, on Windows it's probably C:/Users/Your Username/.wakatime.cfg.
