Publish a new Docker image?

Hi, I would like to use features introduced recently in the repo, but the readme-scribe repo does not allow specifying a version, it takes the last docker image build (https://github.com/muesli/readme-scribe/blob/master/action.yml#L22)
Can you make a new release or just release the current master on docker's latest tag?
