This is a private github repository for the master thesis: Bark beetle monitoring in mountainous area in central Europe - A remote sensing and machine learning approach. The repository contains only scripts for the master thesis. Initial script number describes a process which is divided into the part numbers, second digit.Script numbers without letters stand for the working process without PCA. Script numbers with the letter "a" stand for working processes with PCA to save computing time. Script numbers with the letter "b" stand for alternative process steps with the same output, some of which are still under development.
