Alarm clock first-run-event seems to not work

Sample case: malandragem bypasses the first ice, then alarm clock bypasses the second
Sample case: malandragem bypasses the first ice, then alarm clock bypasses the second
You didn't technically encounter the first ice, so Alarm Clock didn't "see" it, right?
