Error: "default:sign_steel_yard_yard" is not a registered node

The following occurred when I tried to place default:sign_steel_yard:

I am running Minetest server v5.4.1 with signs_lib 2021-03-04-2.

Edit: Happened with hanging sign as well:

The were signs that I used /giveme command with.

Edit: I see now that what I wanted was default:sign_wall_steel. So perhaps this is invalid as the other entities were never meant to be able to be held.

Indeed, your guess is correct; no normal user should have those nodes, as they are "internal" to the mod. The fact that you can't properly place one is itself a bug, so this issue is still valid, but low-priority.

Okay, thanks for letting me know :). I will leave it open then.

i still have the same problem with the latest version of the mod.
