Issue with transparency: ...assuming use_texture_alpha = "clip".

I know this transparency "WARNING" issue is harmless, and i perfectly know how to fix it. But when you are getting 61 lines of them, spread on a modpack and you have to spend the week on it to fix it, it's really not nice. So, if you can update it because, going through a debug with thousands of lines like this, checking for the real issue that is lost somewhere in the middle of all this, isn't nice at all. I'm looking forward your update on this as i believe a lot of people will be glad to have it :) Thanks for your kind help on this one.
