beertap gives no beer when using single glass

Right-clicking a beertap with a stack of drinking glasses gives player a beer.
This works if player is using a stack or already has beer in his inventory.

However, if the player doesn't have beer in inventory and uses a single glass, he gets nothing.
Edit: and the drinking glass vanishes.
