Fix README

It took me 10 minutes to work out how to create the coloured glass visible in the screenshots, because the README and the code comments both refer to things that don't exist.

This:

Plain abriglass can be crafted using default glass.

...should be changed to something like this:

Clear abriglass can be crafted using default glass
