Drag and drop file not workding

OS: Windows 11 22H2 (22621.2506)
Mintty: 3.6.5
msys2-launcher: latest
When i drag and drop a file from the file browser to mintty, the reject icon appears.
But if you start mintty directly, the drag-and-drop file function works fine.
I can not reproduce the issue in my system - drag 'n drop works in both msys2 launcher and in mintty.
