Buggy weirdness when using start menu shortcuts.

It should be here as since I started using a portable msys2 install and not using the start menu shortcuts I haven't had any issues.
There's definitely some sort of bug, probably with the .bat file the start menu shortcuts point to as that's the only logical difference. It's not used if you simply click on the shell exe's.
Can someone please move msys2/MSYS2-packages#2218 to the " msys2-launcher " section?
Hi. The shorcuts in the Start menu doesn't use any code from this repository, so I don't think it belongs here.
