How to customize mintty's icon?

How can I customize mintty's icon when use these launther? I have changed msys2.exe to a.exe and it read a.ini. Then I put an a.ico there but mintty window dose not changed.
The icon is embedded into the launcher at build time. If you need another icon, you can download the source, replace the icon and build your own .exe, or you could just modify it in-place using a tool like Resource Hacker.
