Hi!
[PRC] The CPAN dist does not contain a META.json file. This is a limitation of Module::Install which is now undermaintained and also quite broke on recent perls. Would a pull-req of converting the distribution to Dist-Zilla be acceptable to you? Any guidelines?

HI. Yes Dist-Zilla would be just fine. I don't have any strong preferences; Whatever we do for any one of my modules I'll probably just do for all.
If you submit a pull I'll happily merge and release it. Alternatively we can leave this issue open and I'll hopefully get to it eventually, myself.

Thanks, Mark! I'll try to submit a pull-req soon.
