The AAC-ELD encode frame size can support 320?

Hi,
I use the fdk-aac to encode audio data for RTP streaming.
In my case, the RTP time is 20 milliseconds, and my audio codec only support 16-KHz sample rate,
so samples per packet must be 320.
Unfortunately, the AAC-ELD seems can't support 320 frame length.
so, how to modify fdk-aac for support encode 320 frame length or any suggestion? thanks.
