Configuration of tooltips

2x tooltips are left. They aren't configurable in any way (e.g. size, position, background color).
Low priority task: add styling configuration and change the tooltips into configurable GUI control (GUI).
Present from 23bafbc.
By default font: Courier, background: yellow.
