Wrong positioning of triggerstring tips menu (list), especially in Firefox address line

Strange tooltip positioning.
Refactored in v3.6.3. Now position of triggerstring tips menu no longer depends on monitor coordinates. Now it is built in relation to current cursor position (either A_* if possible, either mouse cursor position).
