Improve color information ouput and highlighting

First of all, thank you for the cool package.
- SemVer information: It helps to reduce cognitive loads. There are cases where people ask questions about the meaning of color.
- URL Highlighting: I think it will be helpful when distinguishing.
Not sure I really agree that either of these things are needed. I would argue that your examples of npm outdated are confusing not because colors are confusing, but rather how they use them. They use yellow for versions outside the semver version and red for versions inside the semver version??? Very confusing. This is the reason that for my plugin, red is for major updates, yellow for patch, etc. And it's self explanatory by the fact that only the changed portion of the version is highlighted.
Regarding URL highlighting, I think highlighting it would merely distract from the main point which is the colors of the version numbers.
As such, I'm going to close this as not planned.
