[chrEx] streak doesnt appear on fresh install

download porNo chrome extension.
open popup. there is no streak.
check storage. there is a lastTimestampSynced value but no redirectionHistory
The problem is that the streak is calculated with the value in redirectionHistory.
Work description:
On fresh install, save a value to storage as redirectionHistory. It should be a list of size one. The element in that list should be the current time ie. new Date().getTime().
Acceptance criteria:
on fresh install of porNo chrome extension. open popup. a streak counter should appear after a few seconds.
solved. all that's left is to remove the lastTimestampSynced value (#120) from devices that have PorNo installed already -- we actually don't ever use this value.
