Update to libgit2 0.17

Currently the API is frozen at 0.12 (see issue #1).
It would be nice to have this updated to work with libgit2 0.17.
@belak should build against 0.17 now. but I think much more work needs to be done, to make things usable. If you plan to do some hacking or have better suggestions on how to do things please let me know.
