Add a setting to be enabled by default

Great extension.
It would be nice if a global setting could enable it by default on refresh. Because when you work using responsive web design, you refresh a lot, and currently you have to re-enable pesticide after a refresh.

@laurentperez - that is actually what the pesticide source code is for. The point of the extension is if you just want to toggle it quickly.
