Provide basic primitives and combinators out-of-box

What sorts of primitives should we provide? The following:
- Geometric shapes: square, background (?), circle, triangle, polygon, line
(?) - Filling combinators including gradients
- Symmetry combinators
- Position combinators
- Size combinators
- High level dispatch combinators:
oneof
