Copy to Spare not working (2.0 dev)

Copy to Spare is not working anymore on dev.
j and Spare are fine
J is useless.
Menu is inoperative.
Sorry for the bad news.
Because I made it so the spare page can hold another animation, I also had to copy the frame into the animation frames. it should work now.
