Parsing Error

I am downloading forms and keep getting the following error after a few days of using the form:

Parsed with column specification:
cols(
<!DOCTYPE html> = col_character()
)
Warning: 3 parsing failures.
row col expected actual file
5 -- 1 columns 4 columns
10 -- 1 columns 2 columns
58 -- 1 columns 2 columns )

I just saw many people reporting 404 errors with the server so this may be what is causing it with the link.
