Cannot find iphoneos2.2.1 and iphoneos3.1

I tried run the iphone project.
I see the error while building the project.
unable to find sdk 'iphoneos2.2.1'
I checked the project folder but don't see iphoneos2.2.1.
How can I figure out this?
I found the solution, we can just use the installed Xcode SDK.
