Have easy toggles to highlight times relevant for a worship

Purpose: highlight for the user all relevant times for the worship they are planning; so if they choose "ideal sleep schedule" — then highlight the relevant times from the given. Some labels should explain, or on hover?
This method of choosing is debatable, maybe checkboxes so multiple can be shown at the same time. Maybe instead of highlighting, there can appear colored dots on the right side, hovering on which explains why it's relevant for the selection
there's just seven times… users should be shown this little complexitiy
no need to clutter main table with explanations, they can be below the fold
