Takes a long time to enter wifi mode on c3 chip

Starting the wifi ap on a c3 chip can sometimes be really slow.
Is probably related to the Arduino framework and there are open issues that might be related. Not a thing I can fix for now, will monitor the problems. Search for C3 and WIFI.
