Fix typo on Gigabit project page

Hi @alanmoo I just noticed a misspelled word on this page - https://learning.mozilla.org/en-US/gigabit/portfolio/penpal-schools-vr-field-trip-to-the-usa - ambassdors should be ambassadors in the last sentence of the project description. Thanks!
Sorry, just spotted another on this page - https://learning.mozilla.org/en-US/gigabit/portfolio/coastal-erosion-vr - the first sentence of the project description has an extra word. Remove 'development'. Thanks!
