When using alternative auth display fake data

In issue #65 I'm adding the ability to authenticate without getting any of the org data.

Unfortunately that leaves the app with a blank UI (bar the header).

We can add back the fakeOrg data we used to have [1] instead of trying to fetch data from TaskCluster secrets.
