Automatically ask for crash related information when people report crashes

If a bug is filed that says it's reporting a crash, and there are no comments containing either about:crashes, "crash report" or a link that includes https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/, can bug-bot automatically needinfo the reporter to ask for a link to a crash report? Something like:

Hello, thank you for the report. We're very sorry that Firefox is crashing for you. Please could you type about:crashes in the address bar, submit any unsubmitted crash reports, and provide a link to a recent crash (from the "View" link on that page) corresponding to the crashes you're reporting here? Thank you!
