Taskbar pinning message should be removed from Windows version of download thanks page

Description
The statement / link "Firefox will be pinned to the Windows taskbar after installation" at the bottom of the Windows version of https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/download/thanks/ is no longer accurate and should be removed. Pinning is no longer automatic on Windows 10 and 11. The link should be removed, though the SUMO page it points to is accurate and can remain.
