Renew Focus expired telemetry probes

This is s reference ticket for what got created on Firefox iOS
The DS team asked that we:
- Renew the following expired telemetry probes.
- Set these probes to never expire. We may need to get a new fx-ios-data-stewards review for this.
The expired probes:
