Improve visibility of licensing info in Focus menus

Access to the license information can be better improved within our menus.

We probably want to do whatever the Firefox iOS is doing to generate/build their License.html file.
It should be something that is based on the third party libraries used within the app and can be identified and updated as the list of dependencies change.
For QA: In app Settings, there's a new section showing licensing for Focus and third parties. Screenshots are added in the PR.
