add script to download all the covid data from september

each month has its own data URL pattern, beware of this :
SEPTEMBER : http://www.covidmaroc.ma/Documents/BULLETIN/BULLETIN%20COVID-19Quotidien_03092020.pdf, http://www.covidmaroc.ma/Documents/BULLETIN/BQ_SARS-CoV-2.6.9.20.pdf,..etc
OCTOBER : http://www.covidmaroc.ma/Documents/BULLETIN/BQ_COVID.OCTOB.4.20.pdf
NOVEMBER : http://www.covidmaroc.ma/Documents/BULLETIN/BQ_COVID.3.11.20.pdf,
it's possible too that each month has its own pdf file patterns
