Feature - Support SSH Certificate for user authentication

I've been doing some experiments with sshportal and I think about it, how great it would be to have an integration to authenticate users against the bastion with a CA that only supports this modality is great because I imagine a mixed deployment with step-ca or vault for CA and SSO control and sshportal as a centralized bastion system
