Github action to compile to ipa?

Describe the solution you'd like
Basically from what I can tell is that github actions could have a workflow to start with "macos-latest" and then just compile with the xcode-cli to an ipa... There are several actions that seem to do this already but I am sadly inexperienced with github and can't seem to figure it out

Additional context
Basically this would allow people to make forks and edit the project and compile without a real mac device
