Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, for each class period, the plugin creates a separate course. That creates overhead for the teacher since they have to navigate to many courses, 1 for each class. In many scenarios, a teacher should have the ability to see all their students across all their classes or filter out data by classes. Moodle provides "Groups" to specifically address this problem but the OneRoster plugin doesn't leverages such functionality. Furthermore, as per the OneRoster specification the "periods" is not a mandatory field :(

Describe the solution you'd like
In the OneRoster settings page, provide an option that decides if the Class Period info from the OneRoster source creates a separate course for each period or creates separate Groups for each periods inside of a single course.

Additional context
If the class period is not defined in the data source, then all the students are grouped in a single course with no groups.
