Describe the bug
Changing last name on a user in OneRoster is not reflected in Moodle

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'your OneRoster data source"
  2. Edit last name on a user.
  3. Force the cron job to run to resync.
  4. Last name renamed the same

Expected behavior
User last name should be changed. Girls do get married and some change their last name.

Moodle (please complete the following information):

  • Moodle version: Moodle 3.8.7 (Build: 20210118)
  • moodle-enrol_oneroster version: 2021-01-20 (2021012000)

Hi @andrewnicols i'm trying to achieving the same things is the issue is fixed.
