What is the issue with this page?
In the "7 weeks prior" section it says it's the Community Manager responsibility to "Let the community know QA cycle starts in two weeks and how they can participate." however I think it makes more sense for the Testing Maintainer to do that (well, at least I have done that for the last few releases).
Are you able to provide a patch for this?
