L is not explicitly defined

While coders may already be familiar with L as the alias for Loop, it is not explicitly defined in the user manual. See page 31

The same regarding W for While.

these are now defined in the teletype manual: the entries for L and W now mention loop and while. fixed by commit 207d075 .
