New Resolutions don't account for square formats

The latest (v0.0.4) version of the webui added in selectable resolutions which are based off the resolution of the v3 camera. While this is ok for the v3 and likely the v2. There is squishing issues with v1, HQ and GS that needs to be addressed.
I think a more dynamic resolution selection setting needs to be made and a custom resolution input so that a user can force what they need.
Raw 'should' remain unaffected as the resolution is set by the sensor mode
