Need help about Flask

Describe the bug
Hello, I'm from the showmewebcam project, monkeymadedme suggested his project so here I am :).
Not a bug, but I don't know much about computer science and when I try to install Flask (successfully) using their tutorial, they say to create a new virtual environment. Then I continued to follow your tutorial but it says that it can't find Flask because I'm not in this environment, and if I "log" into this venv, it says Picamera2 is missing because it's in the main environment... LOL
I'm sure it has to be funny for you guys but I'm completely lost ^^
