Setting Information popover

I want to have a "i" button on ever setting to try and explain what the setting does. I would likely use bootstrap popover feature or off-canvas?
This will be implemented in the next major version and is the standard to all menu items. if there is a new menu item it will have a 'i' icon or it wont be released
