Capture image resolution - rewording and rework + scalercrop setting

Need to change how that works cause I am not happy with the wording... the system is not capturing at those resolutions but resizing...
I think adding a name for the resolutions like - 'Resize output' or something like that would be better.
In addition should also add an enabled button and default this to off meaning captured images stay at the sensor mode resolution and also wanted to add a custom resolution.
When implementing this I failed to consider scalercrop having weird resolutions so I need to asses the damage there. Maybe when adding a custom resolution, have a button that copies lets you use scalercrop settings. Regardless it needs a test and a look at
