Add Multicam support

This one will be a big one! Need to consider the following.
- Camera settings for each camera might be different so this needs its own settings json stored
- How to select/detect multiple cameras
- Pi5 specific settings. Need to detect what pi the system is installed on.
... I have the feeling there is more but can't see the forrest for the trees
