SailOTP does not function on Jolla 1

On the Jolla 1 running 3.40.24, OTP apps like Foil Auth, SailOTP (and even Android OTP apps) the device cannot confirm the generated codes
SailOTP as well as Foil Auth both work fine on later devices (such as Xperia 10 Plus and Xperia XA2 Plus).
Could it be a clock skew?
I'd forgotten to reply, but yes, the manual date and the automatic date and timezone didn't match, so it caused the issue...
