Refresh history graph every 10 minutes

For those of us that keep the Admin UI dashboard open for longer periods of time, it might be nice to have the history graph automatically refresh every 10 minutes. This should be a fairly simple task, just some fiddling with the JavaScript on the dashboard template and adding a /history route (similar to /stats) to the plugin.
