constrained_hardware_tests: add workloads

Repeat the analysis in #2 with the following workloads on downstream clusters:
- Wordpress + cert-manager.
- Elastic Stack + log generating pods.
- Total of 50 pods per node.
Wordpress is now done, others will follow if/when time allows.
